This is home base. Our office is in Haltom City, so when the call comes from Broadway Avenue or from a house up off Fossil Creek Boulevard, we're not fighting our way across the Metroplex to get there. We're already here.
Where We Work in Haltom City
Haltom City runs from Belknap Street and Northeast 28th Street on the south end up past Loop 820 to Watauga Road and Western Center Boulevard on the north. Denton Highway cuts through the middle and Beach Street runs the west edge. We take calls from all of it: the older streets around Broadway Avenue and Haltom Road, the houses off Glenview Drive and Browning Boulevard, and the newer sections north of 820 around Fossil Creek Boulevard, Fossil Ridge Drive and Northern Cross Boulevard.
If you're near Birdville Trails Park, Buffalo Ridge Park, Little Fossil Park or Broadway Park, or any of the 11 city parks Haltom City maintains, you're a few minutes from our office. Same for anyone off Stanley Keller Road, Anderson Boulevard or Springdale Road.
Big Fossil Creek
Big Fossil Creek runs through Haltom City on its way to the Trinity River, and Little Fossil Park sits along it. When it rains hard, the low spots near the creek and the storm drains are where water tends to show up first. The city's Public Works department handles the storm sewer pipes and the open channels; we handle what ends up inside your house. If it comes in under your door or up through a floor drain, that's a flood cleanup call and we handle it.
What We See Here
Haltom City was incorporated in 1949. In the older part of town around Broadway, Haltom Road and Belknap we see the usual: tired supply lines, water heaters in the garage, slab foundations. Most of the calls we take in town are plumbing and appliance leaks, with roof leaks after a spring storm running second. The newer subdivisions north of 820 aren't immune either. A washing machine hose doesn't care how old the house is.
