North Richland Hills borders Haltom City along Rufe Snow Drive and Glenview Drive, and it's the biggest of the cities we serve. From the older streets around Smithfield and Boulevard 26 up to the newer subdivisions off North Tarrant Parkway and Precinct Line Road, we cover all of it.
Neighborhoods We Serve
On the south end, near us, that's the streets around Glenview Drive, Booth Calloway Road, Harwood Road and Holiday Lane, and the Iron Horse area along Iron Horse Boulevard by the city-owned golf course. In the middle of town it's Smithfield, Smithfield Acres, Meadowview Estates, Northridge Meadows, Briarwood Estates and Eden Estates off Davis Boulevard, Meadow Lakes Drive and Mid Cities Boulevard. Up north it's Thornbridge, Forest Glenn, Graham Ranch, Steeple Ridge, Kingswood Parc, Brandonwood, Stony Brooke, Harmon Farms and the subdivisions along North Tarrant Parkway and Bursey Road. Precinct Line Road runs the east side near Grace Meadows and the Villas on Bear Creek.
What We See in NRH
The south side of North Richland Hills gives us the same calls as Haltom City: slab foundations, water heaters in the garage, plumbing that's been in the wall a while. Supply line and water heater leaks are the common call. The newer sections up north bring a different mix, more upstairs laundry rooms and second-floor bathrooms, which means leaks that come through the ceiling below. Big Fossil Creek runs through the city too, and the parks along it, Fossil Creek Park and Cross Timbers Park, are a good reference for where the low ground is.
Landmarks
If you're near NRH2O, the Iron Horse Golf Course, Medical City North Hills or the NYTEX Sports Centre, you're inside our normal run. Green Valley Park, Linda Spurlock Park, Richfield Park and Northfield Park are all places we've driven past on the way to a wet floor.
